Yesterday was perhaps one of the few days I really enjoyed.
It was cross country competition at CCAB!
My school's actually quite well known for their cross country team
So yeah! Wow =)
Got to see AMKSS track team haha
Haven't seen them for such a long while eh?
Saw people like Marcus, Johnray, Junyan bla bla bla.
All of them who are running.
Saw Samuel C. as well.

This year it wasn't held at the old turf city.
For me at least, the old turf city is good place to run.
It brings back memories. although I didn't win anything when I represent AMK in cross country, but it's the place where I would exert a lot of determination and peserverance.
And definitely, it is somewhere where I would love to run at some day.
But anyway, I cheered for CJC as well as AMKSS runners near the bend where people will sprint to the finish line about 100m+ away.
As I hear my junior cheering for other SD runners, I felt so nostalgic man!
Although i'm under a different coach now, I still miss SD..

CJC was awesome as well! They were 5th I think. Definitely very good.

Now the season for July is coming, I gotta train up harder.

I know it's quite weird to update at such a weird hour but whatever lol..
Lemme see... I had my class 8x200m last week.
There was 2.4km napfa as well. Didnt do very well for that.
Yesterday's training didnt go too good.
49 49 54( i think) 55 55 60. By the time I did the second rep I was kinda shag-ed
cuz I didnt sleep much the prev night.
I remember last week I had to walk around the lt to help demonstrate some chem principle.

anyway...
Today's wednesday! and that means there's fried stuff in some of the stores in school! Huzaah!!
Can't wait to eat my yong tau fu in school hehehe.
But that's some of the little stuff I look forward every week.
Training isn't awesome these few weeks. My calve aint very friendly towards me.
It just so happen that I swang my arms too much ytd. Now a bit aching LOL

Just woke up.. so tired last night.
Went to planetshakers and Tim Hudges concert!

Was jumping around like mad in the end when they played some praise songs.
I yelled and screamed throughout the 2 hrs that I lost half my voice
Cybil and XN was there too!

Felt a great presence of God, reenergizing me.

So on friday,
I went for blood donation with MQ, aleX and Kat.
Waa, waited 3 hours to get the blood donated.
At first was nervous but then not pain de la.
Was fun messing and laming with them.
Lol and because I had blood donation, I wasnt supposed to take part in athlethic activites for 1 day.
but 1 hr+ later I was lol.
Couldnt find the J1s so went to bishan to train with J2s instead.
Haha they're a funny bunch.
Saw Elwin there! It's the 2nd time seeing him. Wed saw him at CCAB also lol.
