Simple joys.
Heh today after training I bought a Tom Yam cup noodles and a soursop can drink for dinner. Although it's not a proper dinner but it's cool to eat like that imo lolzz...

So today I had my training.
It was endurance runs, (400, 200) x4.
I enjoy these endurance runs although I didn't really hit my target.
the first 400 was 73s!! -.- super fast la Then decline to 80+.
Zzzz.... I know I'm better heh.
I wanna thank this J2 from Cross Country, he cheered me on although i never ever talked to him before haha. thanks man!
Aims for this year,
100m - 12.0
200m - 25.0
300m - 39.0
400m - 54.0
2.4km - 9.40
7 months to get these Pbs =)
<2 months to Nationals.
Let's do this CJC.
