Yesterday went for this dna workshop with Edwin and Gabriel

Very fun hahaha

It was held at the Science Centre conducted by this very enthusiastic guy called Mr Patrick

Got to use heat blocks and centrifugen and micropipettes!

In case you don't know a centrifuge looks like this.

After the workshop the three of us fooled around in the Science Centre cause we got free admission. Shall upload pictures soon. We got treated to a Tesla Coil show and some amazing gadgets in the place.

We had loads of fun there with 41489742 kids staring at us. We had this thing which measures pressure of a person when you place both hands and apply pressure on it. When I was doing it, suddenly two of them applied pressure on top of me. Wa lao wanna kill me is it =(

Weee!! Diablo III is announced already!!
I'm guessing it'll be out next year.

Had 400m race at CCK Stadium.
There was VJC, RJC, CHS, WAC. Superpowers sia...
Watched Kubo did his 400m hurdles. Looks kinda fun but tiring too.
Watched Trackers did their 100m. Brenda/Charlene/YeQin/Caven/Mao/Shane
Caven had some serious incident. Damn! My record breaker partner sia...
Must faster recover and break record with me okay!!

Didn't do clawing(sp?) for drills tho, I recently will have some strain on my legs when I do it.
The official took some time to call for my event so Khairul and I went down ourselves.
Saw Poh Seng Song!! o_O Record breaker sia.. for 100m i think. I think no one break yet for 10+ yrs.
Watched JiaAi, PeiXuan and Janice do their 400m. Well done!
I was in the same heats as GuoPei!!
Initially I didn't know who he was until YongChao told me.
He's a very fast 400m runner. that's all I can say.
He did 50.00, I did 59.94 . Like wth 10 seconds difference. About 70m gap?
To think he trains 250m away from my home and yet so much faster made me quite sian -_-

Oh yeah then rushed off home and bathed in my record time and cabbed to Bedok.

It seems that I haven't been updating for quite some time huh.
I had track camp on Monday and Tuesday!!
Haha.. 1st CJ Track camp
We had training to kick off the camp!
4x300m. 2x200m.
After 3 300m, I hit lactic! Got much to improve!

Went back to college.
Had study session and lunch.
Then had Welcome speech thingy.
Wanted to disturb Azman but failed :O
Hah... soon we had double whacko!
Everyone targetted Elvin Boi!
he kena forfeit..
Oh yeah we had this game where you had to carry a plastic bag with an egg inside on your ear then walk to the stick and spin 10 times with a toothpick in your mouth then pick out a polo sweet using your toothpick. Then walk up the grandstand and poke the water bag(NOT THE ONE INSIDE A HUMAN LURH!) and collect the water by holding a plastic cup between your knees while squatting on nothing lolz.

Then we had this egg game. I accidentally smashed the egg and the yolk was dripping all over my shirt. URGH.
Then lastly we had water bomb. Poor Rachel got 4132894 bombs at her.
Aaron super fast sia. AIM ONE WATER BOMB AT MY BUTT. Cannot dodge one lol.
The water bomb warm one cause of the hot weather. Cause my butt to be exothermic. -__-

Dinner was fun!
I wore my Team Singapore shirt and started to talk rubbish.
Caven started his Team USA basically we were crapping for the whole dinner period.

Lol. After movie was lights out. I had difficulty sleeping. =(

Training was horrible! It was only 2 sets of 5 diagonal runs across the field. My speed was clearly lacking. I was more often than not the slowest person of the pack. I need to up my frequency of strides man.
After that went to this coffee shop to eat with Kendrick, Caven, ZY, YQ. Kena disturbed by all four of them. Hiaz LOL.
